Les inondations, les feux, les vagues de chaleur et les temp\u00eates perturbent la vie des gens et poussent les administrations locales \u00e0 leurs limites. Alors que les impacts climatiques s\u2019intensifient \u00e0 travers le Canada, le besoin d\u2019une adaptation locale coordonn\u00e9e n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi grand.
