L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux conseils municipaux entra\u00eene souvent une r\u00e9vision des priorit\u00e9s. Pour de nombreuses collectivit\u00e9s, les mois \u00e0 venir seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer ce qu\u2019il convient de maintenir, ce qu\u2019il faut r\u00e9examiner et sur quoi se concentrer \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9silience climatique repose sur des liens solides, une utilisation judicieuse de ressources limit\u00e9es et des partenariats. En tant qu\u2019assistant de programme, changements climatiques, Derek assure des missions de recherche, d\u2019analyse et de soutien aux projets au sein de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes, notamment celles du programme <\/span>B\u00e2tir des collectivit\u00e9s adapt\u00e9es et r\u00e9silientes<\/span><\/a> (BARC) et du <\/span>Centre de ressources d\u2019adaptation climatique de l\u2019Ontario<\/span><\/a> (CRACO). Avant de se joindre \u00e0 ICLEI Canada, Derek a travaill\u00e9 comme urbaniste chez Arcadis et a \u00e9t\u00e9 strat\u00e8ge interdisciplinaire au Brookfield Sustainability Institute. Son approche de la planification et de la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes repose sur la collaboration et l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9.
