Atelier sur les changements climatiques et les services sociaux avec\u00a0le District r\u00e9gional de Cowichan Valley<\/h1>\n

En septembre 2018, ICLEI Canada a travaill\u00e9 avec le District r\u00e9gional de Cowichan Valley (DRCV) pour offrir un atelier d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e qui a r\u00e9uni des prestataires de services sociaux de la collectivit\u00e9 du DRCV. L\u2019atelier avait pour objectif d\u2019aider les participants \u00e0 surmonter les obstacles courants \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des impacts climatiques pr\u00e9vus et \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences utiles pour int\u00e9grer ces impacts dans leur prestation de services. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un forum interactif visant \u00e0 offrir aux participants des outils \u00e0 jumeler \u00e0 leurs efforts pour int\u00e9grer les changements climatiques dans leurs travaux actuels. Un vaste groupe d\u2019organismes \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9, y compris des organismes de sant\u00e9, des organisations environnementales, des organisations religieuses et des organisations travaillant en vue de r\u00e9duire la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n
