Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de deux jours, comprenant des pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, des tables rondes et un atelier interactif, \u00e9tait sp\u00e9cifiquement ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des premi\u00e8res mesures d\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques et la d\u00e9termination des risques locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les th\u00e8mes qui ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 la structure et le contenu de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amorcer les initiatives d\u2019adaptation et de r\u00e9silience aux changements climatiques dans les collectivit\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des moyens interactifs, dont la mod\u00e9lisation collaborative des risques.<\/li>\n<li>Comprendre et \u00e9valuer les risques locaux en mati\u00e8re de changements climatiques pour ce qui concerne les syst\u00e8mes sociaux, naturels, b\u00e2tis et \u00e9conomiques dans les collectivit\u00e9s canadiennes.<\/li>\n<li>Souligner le leadership local visant la r\u00e9silience des gouvernements locaux et des praticiens \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement repr\u00e9sentait aussi une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9liminaire du projet sur les agents du changement pour l\u2019adaptation, offert par ICLEI et financ\u00e9 par des subventions des Partenaires pour l\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration canadienne des municipalit\u00e9s vers\u00e9es par l\u2019entremise du programme Municipalit\u00e9s pour l\u2019innovation climatique (PMIC) de la FCM. Le projet sur les agents du changement pour l\u2019adaptation a r\u00e9uni huit collectivit\u00e9s d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre du pays pour \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pertinentes li\u00e9es aux changements climatiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle locale. Il s\u2019agissait de la premi\u00e8re d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de trois r\u00e9unions en personne dans le cadre du projet sur les agents du changement pour l\u2019adaptation qui auront lieu dans la prochaine ann\u00e9e.
