Les travaux visaient \u00e0 examiner les occasions de diversification \u00e9conomique existantes \u00e0 Edmonton \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des changements climatiques. En travaillant avec des intervenants du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, des finances, des Premi\u00e8res nations et divers groupes de la collectivit\u00e9, nous cherchions \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions comme :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Est-ce qu\u2019Edmonton deviendra un nouveau carrefour touristique si elle devient l\u2019une des derni\u00e8res grandes villes ayant un couvert de neige soutenu en hiver?<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Y aura-t-il une demande pour r\u00e9am\u00e9nager les maisons pour r\u00e9sister aux vagues de chaleur prolong\u00e9es?<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Quel r\u00f4le jouent ICT et l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019occasions \u00e9conomiques qui sont r\u00e9silientes aux changements climatiques?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019atelier a permis aux principaux intervenants de formuler leurs commentaires concernant la r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique de la Ville pour une \u00e9conomie prosp\u00e8re dans un avenir adapt\u00e9 au climat.
