Les travaux visaient la collecte de donn\u00e9es, le d\u00e9pannage, la r\u00e9daction d\u2019analyses et de rapports, le produit final, soit un rapport d\u00e9taillant les \u00e9missions dans la collectivit\u00e9 de Thunder Bay, ainsi que les \u00e9missions provenant des services et des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019administration municipale.
