Le premier projet en son genre, <em>Parlons d&rsquo;argent : outils de financement pour l\u2019action climatique locale,<\/em> pr\u00e9sente six outils de financement qui ont le potentiel de financer les mesures de lutte contre les changements climatiques n\u00e9cessaires pour respecter les ambitieuses cibles de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions nationales et internationales. Voici les outils qui ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un examen dans ce rapport : achats group\u00e9s, \u00e9nergie produite par la collectivit\u00e9, redevances d\u2019am\u00e9nagement local, march\u00e9 de services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, fonds renouvelables verts et obligations vertes.
