M\u00eame si l\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques est un processus complexe, ce guide est le premier en son genre \u00e0 offrir une m\u00e9thodologie simple \u00e0 la planification de l\u2019adaptation au moyen d\u2019une approche \u00e0 cinq \u00e9tapes. Chaque \u00e9tape repr\u00e9sente une mesure fondamentale dans le processus de la planification de l\u2019adaptation. Le processus commence par la mobilisation des efforts d\u2019adaptation n\u00e9cessaires (mettre sur pied une \u00e9quipe d\u2019adaptation et cerner les intervenants locaux) et se termine par un processus de suivi et d\u2019examen pour analyser les r\u00e9ussites et examiner les d\u00e9fis entourant le plan d\u2019adaptation et sa mise en \u0153uvre.
