Le projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques pour la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9silience \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des changements climatiques chez les r\u00e9sidents de la r\u00e9gion de Waterloo, de la Ville de Guelph, du comt\u00e9 de Wellington et du comt\u00e9 de Dufferin.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, \u00e9chelonn\u00e9 sur trois ans, comprendra quatre t\u00e2ches cl\u00e9s. Nous 1) d\u00e9crirons les risques pour la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eatre humain d\u00e9coulant de la variabilit\u00e9 actuelle du climat et des r\u00e9cents changements climatiques, ainsi que les politiques et programmes en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique qui permettent d\u2019aborder ces risques; 2) nous \u00e9valuerons les \u00e9ventuels risques sanitaires et les r\u00e9percussions connexes dans le contexte des changements climatiques; 3) nous cernerons les politiques et programmes permettant d\u2019aborder les risques sanitaires actuels et futurs et nous \u00e9tablirons l\u2019ordre de priorit\u00e9 de ces politiques et programmes; The project is intended to reduce the health risks and strengthen resiliency to climate change among residents of Waterloo Region, the City of Guelph, the County of Wellington and the County of Dufferin.<\/p>\r\n<p>This three-year project will include four key tasks. We will be (1) describing the human health risks of <em>current<\/em> climate variability and recent climate change, and the public health policies and programmes to address those risks; (2) projecting <em>future<\/em> health risks and impacts under climate change;
