Le huiti\u00e8me Forum annuel sur les villes o\u00f9 il fait bon vivre a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par la Ville de Victoria, en partenariat avec ICLEI Canada, SHIFT Collaborative et l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Simon Fraser. L\u2019activit\u00e9 visait \u00e0 souligner l\u2019importance d\u2019adopter cette approche synergique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la planification et de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019actions en mati\u00e8re de changements climatiques au niveau local.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Forum a connu un taux de participation record. Nous avons accueilli plus de 350 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et 80 gouvernements locaux de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019assister \u00e0 de puissants discours, de participer \u00e0 des ateliers interactifs et de faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de nouvelles dimensions de la r\u00e9silience au moyen de l\u2019art, de la musique et de performances autochtones. Les messages cl\u00e9s du Forum nous obligent tous \u00e0 adopter une approche qui tient compte de la sant\u00e9, du bien-\u00eatre et de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans le contexte de l\u2019urgence climatique.<\/span><\/p>\n
