Toutefois, ce niveau de participation et d\u2019engagement est souvent insuffisant. Les municipalit\u00e9s participantes ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 des programmes, des structures de gouvernance, des mod\u00e8les de partenariat et des techniques de recrutement; elles ont en outre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la participation des Autochtones et aux consid\u00e9rations d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9dias sociaux. Leurs id\u00e9es ont permis de s\u2019assurer que les ressources du projet \u00e9taient adapt\u00e9s aux besoins du personnel municipal qui con\u00e7oit des programmes d\u2019engagement de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.
