Reconnaissant les obstacles majeurs qui se dressent entre la planification et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, ce programme vise \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 et \u00e0 aider les collectivit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leurs ambitions climatiques et \u00e0 construire un avenir r\u00e9silient. Le programme soutiendra le personnel avec une assistance personnalis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9unions individuelles, des formations de groupe et des ateliers de soutien par les pairs.
