Ottawa Climate Communications Workshop

Hosted as part of the QUEST National Conference, this climate communications workshop engaged representatives from municipalities, utilities, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector in identifying audiences, developing and tailoring key messages, and using a communications strategy to guide outreach and engagement efforts. Participants were given a chance to share their perspectives on some of the obstacles to effective communications as well as opportunities for improvement.
