Partners for Climate Protection (PCP) Program 2023-2024 Annual Insights Report
The PCP program has been helping members meet local emission reduction goals while enhancing the quality of life in their communities for 30 years. Now more than 550 municipalities strong, so much has changed since the PCP program began in 1994. In the 2023-2024 Annual Insights Report, we reflect on the past year as well as key areas where the program’s impact has been strongest and that continue to drive its innovative spirit.
